Scope: A full gut renovation of the entire main level of a Boca Raton home, thoughtfully designed around the owner's collection of high-end artwork. We took the floor down to the studs and rebuilt it with custom finishes throughout — spanning the kitchen, living and dining areas, four bedrooms (including the primary suite and a nursery), and the bathrooms. The work included full demolition; new tile across every space; primary and guest bathroom rebuilds with custom vanities, tubs, showers, glass, and lighting; a custom kitchen with six new island cabinets, new countertops, and a built-in cutting-board station; living-room built-in shelving; highly custom doors and trim milled and finished in-house, including a barn door; and a complete repaint of walls, ceilings, doors, and trim.
Outcome: A fully transformed main level finished to an exacting, custom standard and designed to showcase the owner's art — Phase I of a larger whole-home renovation, with Phase II (the upstairs) to follow.
