Meet our founders

Anthony Sr. and his sons, Anthony Jr. and Lorenzo are second and third-generation construction professionals. With boots-on-the-ground beginnings, they worked their way to becoming supervisors, estimators, and owners; attended university and earned degrees; and worked for companies in the legal, tech, and commercial/residential construction sectors. Today, they bring their varied, valuable experience to DALCORE.

  • Co-Founder, CEO

    Anthony D’Alessandro Jr. is a co-founder and CEO of DALCORE Contracting. With over 10 years of combined experience in the construction, legal, and technology industries, Anthony brings a unique blend of legal expertise and advanced technological acumen to the company. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, specializing in construction and contract law, and is a Certified Building Contractor license in the State of Florida. Anthony’s professional experience includes Head of Legal Product Management at Eudia, Contract Manager at Barnes & Noble, and Program Manager at Google, Inc., where he co-led the development of a policy framework for Generative AI, and focused on ways to enhance efficiency, precision and innovation using technology. He had previously worked at Lanzo Companies and MasTec, Inc.

    Anthony D’Alessandro Sr., a second-generation construction owner, brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the construction industry and real estate/property management sectors. As Owner and Executive Vice President of Lanzo Companies, he oversaw multi-million dollar civil infrastructure projects in South Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, in addition to managing large commercial properties in the U.S. and Costa Rica.

  • Co-Founder, Project Manager

    Lorenzo D’Alessandro, co-founder of DALCORE Contracting, brings extensive experience in residential and commercial construction. As Construction Manager at Absolute Remodeling, he oversaw projects from conception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Lorenzo served as Customer Manager at Garage Living, where he led the floor and cabinet crew install teams and interfaced with clients to provide the highest quality products/service while building strong customer relationships. Lorenzo served as the Asset Manager at Crystal Lake Commerce Center, managing over 150 tenants and facility development projects.
